1 - What information do we collect?
When you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, or fill out a form, we collect information from you.
When ordering or registering on this site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, email address, phone number, credit card information or camera owned, software used, and/or flashgun owned. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
The collected information is used to provide an overview of how people access and use the Creative Guide website. It is not used for any additional purpose, such as to profile those who access our website.

AWS delivers an industry-leading network of state-of-the-art data centers located worldwide, including in the United States of America and Australia. Like Cookie Info Script, helping to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer data is of the utmost importance to AWS, as is maintaining customer trust and confidence. AWS is certified to the US-EU Safe Harbor Principles and, in compliance with the US-EU Safe Harbor Onward Transfer Principles, act as my agent with regard to data privacy. We use Cloudflare for static content distribution. This service allows the website to distribute content using servers located across different countries and to optimize performance. Which anonymous data is processed depends on the characteristics and the way Cloudflare is implemented. Their function is to filter communications between the website and the user’s browser. Considering the widespread distribution of this system, it is difficult to determine the locations to which the contents that may contain anonymous user information are transferred. 5 - What do we use your information for?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into my Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, The Creative Guide will not store your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) on our servers.
7 - Access to information
You have the right to request access to the information we have on you. You can do this by contacting us at the email address at the bottom of this page. We will make sure to provide you with a copy of the data we process about you. To comply with your request, we may ask you to verify your identity.
We will fulfill your request by sending your copy electronically unless the request expressly specifies a different method. For any subsequent access request, we may charge you an administrative fee.
8 - Information correction and deletion
If you believe that the information we have about you is incorrect, you are welcome to contact me to update it and keep your data accurate. Any data that is no longer needed for the purposes specified will be deleted. If at any point, you wish for The Creative Guide to delete information about you, you can simply contact us at the email address at the bottom of this page.
